Awakening conscious leadership We help employees and organizations optimize health and, in turn, creativity and productivity, by fusing science-based approach to enhancing leadership via wellness originated from Dr. Danny Friedland (Leading Well From Within, SuperSmartHealth 2016), and adopted by XCHANGE, as well as a wide variety of mindfulness practices. |
70-20-10 Model for learning development We adopted the 70-20-10 Model for learning and development as the optimal way of learning, where individuals obtain 70% of their knowledge from job-related experiences, 20% from interactions with others – coaching and mentoring and 10% from formal educational events – workshops. |
Leadership coaching By coaching individuals, we better understand the team dynamic and relationships. It helps us to work on relational and strategic issues, deepen trust, and build the team’s collaborative practices. |
